Since 2017, the company Vad in cooperation with the Reitz Retrofit GmbH & Co. KG produced under its own name closed loop systems components and also offers other services in this area.

As part of the significant investment, the company was split into 2 divisions. The company VAD coating technology retains the well-established market corrosion protection.The newly founded company VAD Anlagenbau is resuming its activities in apparatus construction with renewed vigor and is expanding it to include the entire range of plant, machine and mold making due to the production possibilities of the new machine park.

In 2007, the decision was made to modernize the meanwhile very old machinery and invest in new CNC maschines.

Soon, not only heat exchangers made of standard steel were built and coated, but also stainless steels, pure nickel or Hastelloy as materials.

It quickly became apparent that a multiple transport back and forth between the coater and the apparatus builder is not only time-consuming but also very costly. As a consequence, it was decided to take the apparatus engineering for this particular segment into their own hands. Machines were purchased and the necessary welder examinations were acquired.
